FLUFFY CARAMEL APPLE DIP

Hi, it’s me – Lily!! Today I went to a pool party. It was for my friend, Esther’s, birthday party. I like to call her Essie! We had so much fun swimming, eating pizza, eating cookie cake, and we even got a goody bag! Isn’t that so fun?! I even cannon-balled into the water! It was a great day.

This was also my first week of school. My teacher’s name is Ms. McCoy. She is really nice, and I love the smell of her classroom – it smells so good! There are even two people from last year’s class in my class. I’m so excited to be in first grade.

Today, I am sharing a recipe I made when my friends, Grace and Esther, came over. It’s called Fluffy Caramel Apple Dip. It was really good with apples. It was also really easy to make and I can’t wait to have it again.

INGREDIENTS

• 8 oz cream cheese
• 1 tbsp caramel sauce
• 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
• 7 oz marshmallow fluff

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Combine cream cheese, caramel, and pumpkin pie spice in a medium bowl and beat until smooth.
2. Fold in marshmallow fluff until all combined and refrigerate until ready to serve.
